Delivery
Freight
Parts move from the UAE to Sri Lanka by air or by sea. Which one we use depends on the part, the size of the order and how soon you need it.
Air freight
The quicker option. Used for urgent repairs, single parts and small sets, where getting a vehicle back on the road matters more than the cost of moving it.
Sea freight
The option for heavier or larger orders — body panels, sets of parts and anything where size matters more than speed.
- Included in the quote
- Freight is part of the price we quote. You get one figure for the parts and the shipping to your delivery city, not a second shipping bill after the order is placed. Duty and local taxes are set by the Sri Lankan authorities and are not part of the quote.
- Timing confirmed with the quote
- How long the order takes depends on the part, the freight option and where in Sri Lanka it is going. Timing is confirmed in writing with your quote, so you know what to expect before anything is ordered.

What we need from you
Four things are enough for us to price the parts and the freight together. If you are missing one, send the request anyway and we will ask. See the parts we source by category.
- Parts list
- Part names, numbers or photos of what you need. A single part, a set or a full job list is fine.
- Vehicle details
- Make, model, year and engine where it helps — enough for us to match the part to the car.
- VIN or chassis number
- If you have it, this is the surest way to match a part before we quote.
- Delivery city
- The city or town in Sri Lanka the order is going to, so freight is quoted to the right place.
Trade accounts
Bulk and repeat orders
Most of what we ship goes to garages, workshops and parts traders who order in sets and come back for the next job. Bulk orders and repeat orders are quoted the same way as a single part: send the list and we price it with freight included.
Tell us in your message that it is a trade enquiry, so it is quoted as one.
Destination
Sri Lanka only
Sri Lanka is the market we serve. Every quote we send is for delivery to an address in Sri Lanka.
The UAE is where we source and ship from, not a destination. We do not quote for delivery elsewhere.

What does the quote include?
One price for the parts plus freight to Sri Lanka. There is no separate shipping charge added later. If the parts or the freight option change, we re-quote before anything is ordered, so you always know the total before you confirm.
Should I choose air or sea?
It depends on the part and the order. Air suits urgent or smaller orders; sea suits heavier or larger ones. Tell us the deadline you are working to and we will suggest the option that fits, with the difference explained in the quote.
Can you deliver to my city in Sri Lanka?
Tell us the delivery city when you send your request. Delivery is arranged to your address in Sri Lanka and confirmed with your quote, so you know where the order will be handed over before it ships. If anything about the address is unclear, we ask before dispatch.
