These terms set out how this website may be used and what you can expect from the information on it. By using the site you accept them. They are not a sales contract: every part is quoted individually, and the commercial terms for an order are agreed in that quote.

About these terms

This website is operated by Ezer General Trading FZC, a free zone company registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. Our address is G-237 Executive Office, Ajman Free Zone Authority, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Ezer General Trading FZC, and “you” means the person using the site.

Using this website

You may read, print and share the pages for your own business use. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, extract its content at a volume that affects other visitors, or use it for anything unlawful. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice, and we do not promise that it will always be available.

Quotes, not sales

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no price is shown here. Every part is quoted against a specific request, and a quote (request one here) is valid only for the details it names: the part, the quantity, the quality tier and the vehicle. Payment, freight, delivery and return terms are agreed in the quote for that order, not on this website. A quote is a starting point for a conversation, not a binding sale until both sides confirm it.

Fitment and vehicle details

Fitment is confirmed against the part number and the vehicle details you provide. We check those details before quoting and tell you when something does not line up, but the accuracy of the request rests with you: model, year, engine code, VIN or chassis number, and the position of the part. Fitment is not guaranteed by this website or by the general descriptions of the parts we source by category. A part supplied against details you confirmed is supplied correctly, so check the part number and the vehicle on the quote before you confirm it.

If something does not look right when a part arrives, contact us before fitting or modifying it. A part that has been fitted, painted or altered cannot be assessed as it was received.

Information on this site

We keep the descriptions on this site accurate and general. Availability, specification and part supersessions change, and a page cannot list every variation, so the quote is the definitive record of what is being supplied. Brand and category pages describe the range we source, not a catalogue you can order from directly.

Independent supplier

Enquiries and quotes are handled by Ezer General Trading FZC, G-237 Executive Office, Ajman Free Zone Authority, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, and the Sri Lankan side of the business is Jonash Parts (PVT) LTD, Ragama, Sri Lanka. We buy and sell parts. We do not manufacture vehicles or components, and we do not act for any vehicle manufacturer. Nothing on this site should be read as a statement of approval, sponsorship or endorsement by a manufacturer.

Trademark Notice

All brand names and logos shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Jonash Parts is an independent parts supplier, not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer. A marque name or logo identifies the vehicles a part is made for; it does not indicate a dealership, a distributorship or any other relationship with that manufacturer.

Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our responsibility for an order is limited to what is agreed in the quote for that order. Nothing on this site is technical, legal, customs or financial advice for your vehicle or your shipment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business or the site changes. The date shown with this page is the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
